Julieta has been practicing and teaching Qi Gong for more than 8 years after studying several disciplines including gymnastics, ballet, dance, Yoga and Tai Chi.

Qi Gong helps enhance energy, balance and coordination. It improves blood circulation and releases tension. Completely non-impact, Qi Gong can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or physical fitness.
